At Brentwood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help — in accordance with your rights under UK law.

🔁 Returns
You have the right to return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to return it
• The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us
Items that cannot be returned:
• Mirrors that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered
• Custom or made-to-order mirrors

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged

🚚 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your mirror arrives damaged or faulty:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the damage
3. We will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate
You are entitled to a full refund if the item is faulty and returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at bwood.limited@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Supporting photos (if applicable)
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

• We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
• Returns not meeting the above conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee
